Privacy Policy

I am affiliated to the EUCC and abide by their policies and values in all my work.  I am supported in this by my Coaching Supervisor and through strict use of Coaching and Mentoring Contracts.

I maintain anonymised records of my sessions with clients which are never shared.  No details of sessions with clients are ever shared except in cases of law breaking, safeguarding or other extreme situations.  In those cases where an organization (or Manager) sponsors coaching, no details of coaching work or sessions will be shared with the Manager without express, written consent of the coachee.
