I provide coaching and mentoring, especially for those in leadership roles. I have 17 years of coaching experience and training, ILM5.
Previously I was a Chief Operating Officer and Accountable Officer in the NHS, I have run small businesses, taught Philosophy and worked professionally sailing old ships.
Specializing in
My coaching usually focusses on leadership and career, CV and skills, but at the start of each coaching relationship we agree a contract which makes explicit the client's goals. I always deliver person-centred coaching, built around those goals, and we review these intermittently.

I coach and mentor to support people to achieve changes of which they should be proud. It is very important to me to see the benefits of our work together. I get lots from coaching, especially seeing people grow and gain confidence.
